* Create a multitude of ways to provide high touch support in overcoming obstacles, gaining confidence, and reaching their personal and professional goals (e.g., weekly meetings, texts, blogs, push notifications).

Certified Business Analysts

​Job Requirements:
​3+ yrs. previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
* Business Analyst Certified CCBA -Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA).
* Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
* Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
* Solid experience in writing SQL queries
* Knowledge in generating process documentation * Strong problem solving, written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.

Process Improvement Analysts

An expert in investigating and evaluating a company's operations and protocols, duties encompass:
  1. Devising and implementing meticulously organized work strategies, overseeing project and governance gatherings, and employing Project Management, Lean, and system implementation techniques.
  2. Monitoring project outcomes jointly with Line of Business (LOB) and Finance teams.
  3. Acting as a consultative advisor on process optimization for vital business figures.
  4. Scrutinizing existing process norms and metrics to propose enhancement solutions.
  5. Coordinating with different departments to pinpoint improvement opportunities, devise tactics, and effect alterations.

IT professionals who are trained in the following areas:

1. IT Technician.
Primary Duties: IT technicians collaborate with support specialists to analyze and diagnose computer issues. You monitor system performance, install software, and run diagnostic tests on hardware and applications. You may also train employees, clients, and users on new programs or functions.
Requirements: IT technicians with an associate degree in IT or a bachelor's degree in computer science or networking. 

2. Support Specialist.
Primary Duties: Support specialists will troubleshoot network and hardware issues for a client. You may work in various industries to provide technical support, including within software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies, resolving user experience problems.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree in IT or computer science is required. Alternatively, a certificate or associate degree combined with relevant experience may suffice.

3. Quality Assurance Tester.
Primary Duties: Quality assurance testers ensure software products meet industry standards and are free from bugs or issues. You may test gaming systems, mobile apps, and other technology in need of ongoing maintenance.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree in software design, engineering, or computer science.  You must have strong time management and communication skills to effectively document test cases.

4. Web Developer.
Primary Duties: Web developers design websites, handling appearance, navigation, and content organization. You will use coding languages like HTML, CSS, C++, and JavaScript to meet clients' needs.
Requirements: Web developers often hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in web development or IT. Previous experience and a portfolio are typically required for employment.

5. IT Security Specialist.
Primary Duties: IT security specialists create and maintain digital security systems to protect an organization's data and intellectual property. You also develop contingency plans for potential security breaches.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree or professional certification, such as those from ISC2, is required. Coursework "must" include programming, math, and operating systems.

6. Computer Programmer.
Primary Duties: Computer programmers write and maintain software using languages like HTML, JavaScript, C++, and CSS. You may troubleshoot software, such as video games, after release.
Requirements: Programmers typically earn a bachelor's degree in computer science and may complete internships to gain experience. Certifications are also recommended.

7. Systems Analyst.
Primary Duties: Systems analysts review IT infrastructure and design solutions to streamline business operations. You may also help train staff on new systems.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, with coursework in business administration, management, and finance being beneficial.

8. Network Engineer.
Primary Duties: Network engineers are responsible for maintaining and developing a company’s computer network, ensuring it operates efficiently and is available to all employees.
Requirements: Network engineers generally hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems. Some positions may require an MBA to work closely with stakeholders on technology strategy.

9. Software Engineer.
Primary Duties: Software engineers apply their expertise in mathematics and computer science to develop software solutions. You may work on enterprise applications, operating systems, or network control systems.
Requirements: Most software engineers need a bachelor’s and often a master's degree. You develop problem-solving, diagnostic, and programming skills to excel in the role.

10. User Experience (UX) Designer.
Primary Duties: UX designers focus on the design, usability, and functionality of products based on user feedback. You test and refine products to ensure you meet high-quality standards.
Requirements: UX designers may pursue an associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, with additional training in design, web development, or programming. Experience and a portfolio are typically required.

11. Database Administrator.
Primary Duties: Database administrators use specialized software to organize and maintain a company’s data infrastructure, ensuring its security and accessibility.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in computer science or management information systems is required. Database administrators often start in roles like database analysts or developers.

12. Data Scientist.
Primary Duties: Data scientists analyze and organize data to identify trends that inform business decisions. You may work with tools in statistics and machine learning to process financial, sales, or healthcare data.
Requirements: A bachelor’s and or a master’s degree in IT or a related business field is required, with additional certifications based on the specific client/industry.

13. Computer Scientist.
Primary Duties: Computer scientists develop new software and IT solutions to solve business challenges. You may also create programming languages and optimize hardware and software systems.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is required, with some roles asking for a master’s degree. Previous experience is valued.

14. IT Director.
Primary Duties: IT directors will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of an organization’s IT department, ensuring alignment with company goals. You collaborate with IT staff and executives to plan budgets and development strategies.
Requirements: This role requires a graduate degree and industry certifications. Experience in IT support or database architecture is valuable.
